We are a leading group of companies in the industries of building materials among which waterproofing, heat insulation and low voltage electrical systems due to our group expansion we are hiring candidates in the following positions.

Sales Manager ID: BL-SA-001
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the market. Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.

Operations Manager ID: BL-OP-002
Studies and analyzes production efficiency and utilizes all possible resources to reduce production deficiency and damages. Develops systems and assigns responsibilities that help fix the operational problems

Supply chain Manager ID: BL-OP-003
Develops strategic plans and prepares annual budget Manages the supply chain to achieve the company’s annual goals. Prepares market analysis and makes decisions regarding the Provision of raw materials

Production Manager ID: BL-PD-004
Studies and analyzes stages and steps of operation for all machinery and equipment’s to identify bottle necks and opportunities for increasing productivity.

Maintenance Manager ID: BL-MA-005
Sets goals and follow-up on the operational plan for preventive maintenance both mechanical and electrical. Develops the technical efficiency of teams to reduce downtime of machinery maintenance to increase efficiency & alternatives

Projects Manager ID: IN-PR -006
Meets clients, contractors and consultants of all projects to discuss all products and material, specifications. Determines the projects that lead to sales opportunities.

Marketing Manager ID: IN-MR -007 Studies the relevant market including competitors, products, market share and customer demand In order to develop marketing plans.

Administration Manager ID: BL-Ad -008
Sets objectives and business plans to all levels of department and puts appropriate timetable to achieve these goals. Prepares general budget for administration department.

Purchasing Manager ID: IN-PU-009 Prepares annual plan and budget for procurement for raw materials, production requirements. spare parts, and any other purchasing items needed for production or administrative work of the company.

Export Area Manager ID: IN-EA-010
Sets the yearly export sales plan for his region. Follows up on clients in his region, and studies the market to determine the competitive prices. Opens new market, and attends events, exhibitions

Real Estate Manager ID: IN-RE-011 Responsible lot selling administration properties. Conducts a field presentation of properties to potential customers. Handles contracts.

General Requirements
  • Positions from 002 TO 005 Bachelor degree of Engineering
  • Positions 001.007.008, 009. 010, 0)1 any discipline degree
  • Position 006 Bachelor of Civil Engineering
  • All positions require MS. Office, Fluent In English, Prefer MBA Holder
  • All positions requite from 10 to 15 years Experience in the same field Except 010 from 5 to 8years

Sales Engineer ID: CO-SA-0l2
Searches for potential clients and future protects in his area. Builds a good relationship with the customer and the organization. Has the ability to respond to technical and functional requests of the clients.

Production Engineer ID:CO-OP-013 Achieves monthly productivity and cost targets. Implements the test of raw materials, as well as the processing system. Records the production problem In department and solve them.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer ID: CO-OP-014
oversees and is responsible of maintenance in the factory. Performs regular preventive maintenance on the plant facilities. Performs scheduled maintenance repairs in due course for machine service.

Telephone &Network Engineer ID: CO-TE-015
Responsible for troubleshooting routing and routed protocols. Understands the network Infrastructure & TCP/IP. Responsible of programming to all centrals in the organization. Handle any troubleshooting en centrals software or hardware

Electrical Maintenance Engineer ID: CO- OP-O 16
Prepares electric power networks of production lines, machinery and equipment. Responsible of the supervision of the equipment maintenance in a given plant.

Architect Engineer ID: CO-AE-017
Follows up and supervises the architectural finishing and civil works. Responsible of maintenance and modification done to existing buildings and new buildings.

General Requirements:
  • Positions 012.016 Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
  • Positions 013,014 Bachelor Mechanical Engineering
  • Position 017 Bachelor of Architectural Engineering
  • Position 015 Bachelor of Communication Engineering
  • All positions require MS Office. Very good command of English
  • All positions require front 2(05 years Experience In the same field
  • Position 015 should have CCNA. CCNP

Secretary (Male or Female) ID: CO-AD-021 Preferable if living in 10th of Ramadan or Sharkia. Handles filing system and documents of the organization. Handles Incoming and Outgoing correspondences.

Accountants ID: CO- CA-022
Prepares. examines and analyzes Accounting Records, and Financial Statements. Computes taxes owed, and prepares tax returns while ensuring it complies with payment

Auditors ID: CO-CA-023
Implements internal audit system, Including the procedures and policies for audit and in accordance with Accounting Standard

Purchasing Officers ID: CO-AE-024
Searches for Suppliers. Negotiates contracts and planning dcivenes. Reviews and checks the purchasing orders with departments

Logistic Supervisors ID: CO-AE-025
Responsible for booking containers with shipping lines. Follows-up on containers from port of loading to port of discharge. Prepares shipping declaration and bank documents (ODC & L/C)

General Requirements
  • Positions 018.019,021.022,025 any disciplined degree
  • Positions 022,023 Bachelor of Commerce
  • All Positions Require Ms. Office, Very good command of English
  • Positions 019,021,022,023,024,025 require from 2 to 5 years experience in the same Field,
  • Position 020 requires fresh graduate
  • Position 018 requires  5 to 7 years experience
