Senior Internal Auditor Code: FN 01
Maintains the internal structure, overall the
company functions, ensures conformity with acceptable audit standards,
interacts with external auditors, reviews and edits audit reports, discusses
the reports with appropriate management and in particular identifies the
factors causing any dis-satisfactory results disclosed by audit reports. A CPa
or CMa is a prerequisite with at least 7+ years of experience.
Internal Auditor Code: FN 02
Has the ability to finalize accounts and
coordinate with external auditors. Has good understanding of manufacturing
processes with strong costing and management analysis for future growth
strategy. Should have a B.Sc. in commerce and 5+ years experience in a similar
position in manufacturing.
Accountant
Code: FN 03
Prepares monthly costing and cost accounting
reports, compels and analyzes financial information to prepare entities to
accounts, establishes, maintains, and coordinates the implementation of
accounting and accounting control procedures, analyzes and reviews budgets and
expenditures, monitors and reviews accounting and related system reports for
accuracy and completeness, prepares and reviews expense, payroll entries,
invoices, and other accounting documents, interacts with internal and external
auditors in completing audits. Should have a B.Sc. in commerce with 5+ years
experience in the same field.
Human Resource Manager Code: HR 01
Understands the strategy of the business,
ensuring that the organization structure is developed to achieve continual
commercial success, drives initiatives to recruit, develop and retain talent,
motivates a high performance culture and ensures a strong infrastructure for
compensation benefits, policies, procedures, and general HR administration
The successful candidate must have a proven
track record of Hr delivery, people management and influential working
relationships with a B.Sc. and 10+ years of relevant experience.
Transportation Manager Code: AD 01
Controls transport teams and operations,
updates daily reports to management, ensurs operation is running in line with
the delivery specifications, develops contingency plans for the region,
conducts customer data analyses, route and network mapping, and route
efficiency planning activities. B.Sc. with 7+ years of experience in managing
transportation services for manufacturing companies.
Chairman Office Manager Code: AD 02
Responsible for managing the activities of the
office of the chairman which includes scheduling appointments, handling calls
to the office, handling correspondence and meeting minutes reports, handling the chairman's administrative and business issues. B.Sc. in business administration
of related degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Administration Section Head Code: AD 03
Supervises al relevant admin operations, fixed
assets, frequent maintenance and cleaning, follows up on the monthly expenses
and gives the proper analyses compared with the planned expenses, coordinates
between all departments inside the company for any admin operations related
issues. Deals with all governmental affairs. B.Sc. with 7+ years of experience
in related function in manufacturing companies.
IT Technical Support Engineer Code: IT 01
Supports IT hardware and software to ensure the
highest standards, works with the team to ensure that the associated hardware
resources are available with optimum performance, performs data backups and
disaster recovery operations, performs ongoing performance tuning, hardware
upgrades, and resource optimization as required, configures CPU, memory, and
disk capacity as required. B.Sc. in software engineering. With 3+ years of
relevant experience MCDST certified is preferred.
