Commercial/ Customer Service Directorate
Marketing Manager code: MR 01
Responsible for developing and maintaining
marketing strategies to meet agreed upon company objectives. Develops an annual
marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department, achieves frequent,
timely and positive media coverage across all available media, conducts market
research to identify market requirements for present and future, develops and
implements a company wide plan to push business, working with all departments
for its execution, and maintains professional internal and external
relationships that meet company core values. Should have proven track record in
marketing management with 10 years experience including 3+ years in home
appliance industry.
Deputy National Sales Manager Code: SL 01
Works closely with the national sales manager
in all activities related to sales, develops annual sales requirements and
budgets, ensures achievement of sales targets and objectives in line with sales
& marketing business plans. Should have 10+ years experience with
international companies in the home appliance industry.
Hypermarket Deputy Sales Manager Code: SL 02
Sets up, monitors and reviews sales targets.
Manages and develops staff within the department in order to achieve sales
objectives. Should have 7+ years of experience of sales in Hypermarket with at
least 2 years experience as a Deputy sales manager.
Deputy Advertising Manager Code: MR 02
Executes Advertising and PR strategy through an
effective plan and in a timely manner, monitors the performance of the brand
regularly and in particular performance of all marketing companies implements
strategies through a well prepared execution plan, coordinates with advertising
& Pr agencies to execute the plas. Should have 7+ years of relevant
experience with multinational companies.
Marketing executive Code: MR 03
Responsible for implementing agreed plans for
assigned projects, works closely with other departments (sales, development and
operations) and liaises with external partners and research agencies in relation
to the assigned projects, executes tactical plans to help achieve the brand
objectives ad ensures that the overall quality of the work I commensurate with
set corporate standards. Should have 4+ years experience in multinational
companies.
Sales Representative Code: SL 03
Maintains and develops relationships with
existing customers via meetings, visits potential customers to prospect for new
business, represents the group at trad exhibitions, events and demonstration,
makes sales calls to customers to achieve sales target. Maintains a completed
customer database, aims to meet or exceed targets, gaining a clear
understanding of customer businesses and requirements. Should have a B.Sc. with
2 years experience in a similar position and have sound communication skills
and the ability to work under pressure.
Receives inbound customer calls, maintains
customer requirements and contributes to the overall improvement of campaigns,
solve customer issues, ensures communication (spoken and written) is accurate
and informative. Strong communication skills is a prerequisite. B.Sc. with 2
years of experience in similar position.
