Contract Manager, construction Manager, Site Engineer, Landscape Engineer

A reputable company in the field of construction management is looking for the following positions for its projects in Cairo & North coast

Ref. CNT-001: Contract Manager:

At least 15 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, prequalification of contracts & contracts, tendering preparation and evaluation & contract claims & deputes and contract close out.

Ref. CNT-002: construction Manager:

At least 15 years of experience in the field of construction management, able to plan, direct, coordinate, or budget activities concerned with the construction works. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.

Ref. CNT-003; Site Engineer:

At least 10 years of construction experience and site superintendence. Should know all the construction practices and methodologies, understanding for architectural, structural and drawings for services.

Ref. CNT-004: Landscape Engineer:

At least 15 years of landscape work; should be familiar with plantation, irrigation design and electrical landscape work.

Note: all candidates should have certifies engineering degree form reputable universities, English fluency is a must.
