Plan Egypt is recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional with a broad range of skills. For the following position:

Early Childhood Development Advisor (Cairo)

 job purpose:

To indentify and desin innovative ECD programs that increases the capacity and opportunities of the children and parents within the communities in line with plan Egypt's strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop a comprehensive community based ECD programs.
• Foster and build relationships with partners and ntworks and other government entities to ensure support of programs and advocacy for policy chang.
• Develop capacity building starategies for th comuity and partners.
• Evaluate program performance and identify deviations from achievement of objectives and recommend on actions to be taken.

Minimum qualifications:

• University degree, masters preferable in ECCD or a relevant discipline
• Minimum experience
• 7-10 years of experience in community a d social development as well as ECCD programs
