A local financial institution
involved in SMEs finance is looking for right candidates for the following
posts:
Risk manager
Responsible for ensuring the
implementation of risk management strategy and system in the company securing constant
updated of the system to ensure proper control of risk exposure. Ensure adequate
oversight of involved risks (internal – external). Provide ongoing support and information
to all departments and stake-holders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of risk management experience, preferably in an international bank or financial institutions.
- Good understanding of the mathematical and statistical methods assessing the risk as well as analyzing probabilities and financial economics.
- Preferably actuarial exposure and background.
- Advanced degree in business administration or other professional financial certifications with extensive experience of core banking (corporate banking/ credit/ risk).
- Advanced knowledge of commercial lending practices, policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of the SMEs sector in Egypt
- Familiarization with basel II and basel III processes
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in both Arabic and English
Human Resources Manager
Responsible for the development
and the implementation of the HR strategic plan of the company and the involved
laws and regulations, responsible for the application of relevant governance
practices, providing leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of
HR functions including: employee relations, employee compensation employee
engagement, recruiting and selection, training, staff development plans,
performance management, ..etc.
qualifications:
- 15-20 years relevant experience with proved record of achievements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or similar.
- Master degree in HR or business administration focusing on HR aspects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
Program Managers
Different managers
responsible for managing SMEs lending programs for different sectors; focusing on
achieving a good quality target portfolio with minimal default ratios,
expanding outreach among the target groups, developing the program
implementation plan, training and supervising program team, coordinating with different
departments of the company and different counter-parties of the program, interacting
with top management and board in all issues relevant to the involved program.
Qualifications
- 15+ relevant experience in a bank or other financial institutions with at least 5 years in a managerial positions.
- Strong credit and marketing skills
- Very good understanding of the SMEs sector
- Advanced degree in Finance, business administration or professional finance certifications.
- Excellent knowledge of project management
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in both Arabic and English.
Senior Credit Analyst
Responsible for assessing and
evaluating financial data and proposed facilities, structures, analyzing
operational, performance and risk mitigates. Supervise and ensure completeness
and accuracy of the review of all credit requests, ensure application of the
company’s lending policies, review delinquency reports …etc.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years credit analysis experience – preferably within banking & financial industry
- Bachelor degree with major in (finance, banking, accounting, …etc)
- Credit analysis courses with reputable institution.
- Preferably advanced degree in finance, business administration or professional certifications.
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in both Arabic and English
- Excellent computer skills
