All candidates should have the following qualifications as minimum:

• Bachelor degree in related field
• 10 years of experience in design of mega projects at international firms preferred in Gulf area
• Comprehensive design capabilities using alternative systems and approaches ad ability to develop design and produce final tender documents.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer based programs.
• Full awareness of the international recognized codes and standards.
• Capabilities to manage a technical team and implement quality control
• Good vocal and writing command of English language
