Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales and profitability
Responsible for the performance and development of the account executives
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
5-7 years of experience in sales management

Deputy Marketing Manager        Code: MM-1
Experience of not less than 5 years in real estate
Experience in developing marketing plans and budgets and monitor its implementation and adjust marketing strategies and polices to offset the variables of the market, planning and implementation of advertising campaigns in various media

Sales Executive                 Code: S-11

Marketing Executive      Code: M-1

Customer Service Agent               Code: C2

Graphic Designer             Code: GD02
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Experience in real estate market is a must
Excellent computer knowledge
Working under pressure
