Requires the following leaders:

1. HR & Admin Manager
2. Purchasing Manager
3. Production manager
4. IT manager

All should have a track record of minimum 10 years in manufacturing business (food industry is must for the purchasing and production).
All will be members of the management group reporting to directors level.
